WHAT YOU WILL DO

Accounting, tax and reporting function:

Responsible for day to day financing and accounting operations;
Check and review all documents before getting approval from Finance Manager/General Director;
Check and review all accounting transactions to assure accuracy before posting and compliance with the company & established accounting principles;
Assure accounting activities and transactions recorded and reported in compliance with the tax law and accounting law;
Assist in the preparation and monitorisation of the annual budget;
Work with the Bank for transaction and foreign exchange arrangement;
Ensure closing information is correct and sufficient;
Prepare and submit the inter-company reports on monthly basis;
Responsible to prepare/check all kind of tax reports and tax payment including VAT, CIT, PIT and other tax if any;
Responsible for all compulsory statistic reports;
Assist in working with external auditor, Tax Department;

Payroll and Admin:

Be responsible for Payroll, PIT, Compulsory Insurances (SI, HI, UI) and Labor Union;
Be responsible for reports and other HR/admin processes related to payroll information.

University Degree in Finance and Accounting or related fields
Minimum 4 years of experience, including 2+ years in similar jobs
Accounting and taxation knowledge (VAS and other principle accounting)
Good in written and spoken English
Computer application skills, especially MS Excel
Trustworthy, honest, careful, ethical and quick learner
Teamwork with motivational ability
High works standards
Able to work independently
Experience in large/multinational working environment, IT industry or working with expats is a plus
