DESCRIPTION

The Campaign Specialist will be a key member of the Recruitment Platform, responsible for ensuring a positive ROI for the company’s outreach campaigns in the aim of acquiring new talents.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Campaign Specialist you will:

  • Design campaign content and run campaigns through daily emails, weekly SMS texts, as well as the occasional newsletter
  • Ensure that the company's brand and identity are adhered to in all campaigns
  • Ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time following a strict follow-up cycle 
  • Establish efficient planning procedures in order to ensure that daily campaign volume targets are achieved
  • Perform tracking, measuring and reporting; prepare campaign result reports on a weekly basis
  • Monitor performance and identify trends in current and past campaigns 
  • Translate data requirements and insights into actionable campaign tactics 
  • Coordinate weekly meetings with the Talent Sourcing Leads to review overall campaign performance

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 1-3 years of experience in similar roles
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Well-organized and capable of working independently
  • Experience in using MixMax is a big advantage
