MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain solutions for management/ collaboration tools in the Company and for its Clients or Partners. This includes the research, installation and customization of collaboration tools such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence and their add-ons and the application of data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Power BI to adapt to the various needs of business operations.
Train and support end-users on using collaborative tools.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in fields related to data processing/ analysis and/ or software engineering
Good relational database background, especially in Structured Query Language (SQL); ability to develop efficient data extraction in queries and/or stored procedures (Microsoft SQL Server)
Advanced in using Microsoft Excel in terms of data analysis and reporting
Experience using software collaboration, reporting tools, and/or Business Intelligence (BI) tools (such as Jira/ Confluence/ SharePoint Portal/ Bullhorn/ Asana/ Bitrix24/ MS Power BI/ IBM Cognos.....) in actual business environments is a great plus.
Well equipped with the knowledge and/or experience in working with large data and data mining is a big plus
Good communication ability in both Vietnamese and English
Good analytical, research, and presentation skills
An open mindset, creative, proactive and a fast learner
Good at teamwork and highly responsible
Awareness on ISO:27001 standard and understanding about PYCO ISMS through internal/ external training courses (awareness training & refresh training also)
