Senior HR Business Partner

DESCRIPTION

Your role is to support business goals via HR deliveries for a designated business entity of 150 - 200 employees.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

On-boarding: You will deliver an effective on-boarding program for new employees. You will:

  • Conduct Probity Checks
  • Add new employees onto the company system

 

Learning & Development: You will work with the L&D team and relevant managers to organize learning activities and measure their effectiveness. You will:

  • Conduct Orientation and HR Policies training
  • Conduct training needs analysis with Team Leader/ leadership team to ensure the effectiveness of training
  • Coordinate the organization of English class

 

HR Operations: You will identify areas where new or updated policies and processes are required and implement them accordingly. You will:

  • Update monthly the company Org Chart
  • Develop and update HR policies/SOP
  • Answer employee queries
  • Organize annual health check-ups for employees

 

Reporting: You will keep track of HR metrics, analytics and come up with improved initiatives. You will:

  • Prepare monthly HR reports
  • Update the weekly HR Tracker

 

Performance Appraisal & Management: You will coordinate the quarterly and annual performance appraisals. You will:

  • Manage the Probation Appraisal process
  • Conduct Mid-Year/Year-End Performance appraisals
  • Work with relevant stakeholders regarding the company's career development program

 

Off-boarding: You will identify retention issues and come up with solutions. You will:

  • Conduct Exit Interviews
  • Manage the Off-boarding process

 

Others task assigned by Manager

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • At least 7 years of experience in HR
  • 1 or 2 years of experience in a multinational company in the IT-Software industry is preferred
  • Ability to coach managers and employees on performance management
  • Experience in producing HR data and analytics
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Vietnamese labor code, SIHIUI laws, and PIT law
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing kills
  • Good sense of people and business acumen
  • Self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • Fluency in written & spoken English
