Senior Chatbot Engineers (Azure, C#, AI)

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking motivated Senior Chatbot Engineers to join the Workplace Service team at National Australia Bank. You’ll develop robotic process automation to solve complex business processes using Cognitive and BOT services.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Collaborate with the business and service engineering teams in Australia to design, build and enhance autonomous workflow solutions powered by AI stack (Azure, Google, AWS etc)
  2. Contribute to the solution design, in collaboration with business analysts, solution and security architects, and product owners
  3. Develop automation for frequently repeated tasks to improve productivity
  4. Develop guided conversations for a chatbot technology platform
  5. Develop machine learning algorithms, and then test results against trained data sets, using unstructured inputs and converting into structured form.
  6. Deliver with other software engineers and testers in an Agile environment, deploying to the bank’s cloud environments using CI/CD.
  7. Communicate with the business and service engineering teams in Melbourne on ideas, solutions, delivery and support issues on a day to day basis.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  1. 5+ years of relevant software development experience within a large organisation with recent BOT and AI/ML cloud experience.
  2. C# / .NET Framework / Node JS development experience
  3. Chat Bot platform development experience (preferably with MS Azure BOT framework)
  4. Integration experience with RESTful API
  5. Cognitive service model creation and optimisation (preferably with LUIS)
  6. Familiar with one or more of the following - NLP, NLU, NLG, R, Python,
  7. Experience with ServiceNow, Service desk or customer service is desirable
  8. Able work collaboratively in a cross-functional DevOps team environment
  9. High attention to detail and ready to push the limits
  10. Able to communicate in English (written and verbal)

Desirable

  1. Working Experience in Cloud Infrastructure, security, database and messaging.
  2. Azure certified in one or more of the following AZ-900, AZ-203, AZ-400
  3. Certified or similar training in service management like ITIL V3.0
  4. Experience working in a large banking organisation or similar

Language

  1. English: Advanced level in both writing & communication
