Senior Proposal & Account Manager

To support our rapid global growth we are looking for a Senior Proposal & Account Manager to lead and coordinate all our proposals, account growth and drive customer experience for Clients throughout the APAC region. Senior Proposal & Account Manager we seek is relentlessly dedicated to improving the end-to-end customer experience and has a proven track record in leading & delivering world-class custom software proposals across a diverse range of industries. Senior Proposal & Account Manager reports directly to the COO & Head of Sales and is accountable for the client satisfaction, overall proposal delivery, storytelling, proposal conversion success, account growth and ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting.


  • Account Management:
    • Responsible for the overall customer satisfaction and account growth for all accounts throughout APAC.
    • To work closely with Account Managers, Product Owners, Technical & Delivery teams to understand and create longer-term customer growth strategies for all accounts.
    • Design, implement & monitor processes, systems and reporting for an optimal end-to-end customer experience.


  • Proposal & Opportunities:
    • New opportunity engagement & qualification
    • Lead pitch presentations
    • Lead the proposal team across multiple simultaneous proposals and guide the strategy, storytelling and overall output of each proposal.
    • Ensure a regular follow up with clients and open opportunities to increase the new business pipeline.
    • Responsible for proposal success & conversion success rate.
    • Mentor, train and develop proposal team on best practices based on latest industry trends.
    • Take part and lead both on-site & remote discovery phase engagements.


  • Operations:
    • Ensure seamless transition from sales to project kick-off and implementation.
    • Act as a bridge between sales and resourcing teams to ensure teams are adequately resourced 



  • 7+ years in software development, digital agencies, digital consulting firms or similar.
  • Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Excellent ability to work with and coordinate multidisciplinary/cross-functional software development teams.
  • Native English speaking & excellent copywriting skills Proven track record in managing account managers and multi-million dollar accounts.
  • Proven track record in leading proposals across diverse industries and business domains.
  • Experience in selling to C-level. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
