HR Shared Services Manager (BOT)

You will manage all HRSS functions to provide a pleasant experience for all employees during a HR processes tailored for different business entities. This role will report to the Head of HR.

  • Coordinate and ensure the effectiveness of the onboarding process, as well as the orientation & induction programs for new employees.
  • Be the facilitator for employees in learning HR related processes and policies.
  • Coordinate the off-boarding process, conduct exit interviews (where there is no HRBP in charge) and provide a monthly attrition analysis report.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure payroll accuracy and its compliance with the laws and internal policies.
  • Advice employees to help resolve issues related to their salaries and benefits.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the HR processes including timesheets and leave management, probation and performance appraisals.
  • Maintain and improve the management of employee data.
  • Prepare and input reviews of various company bonuses, salaries and promotions.
  • Work with the finance and admin teams to implement adjustments in employees' remunerations
  • Manage the implementation and advice employees on HR policies, regulations and employee benefits.
  • Keep track of the changes in employees' remunerations.
  • Provide a monthly report on entity-based labor costs.
  • Manage the labor contract signing and renewal process (including the NDA and appendixes).
  • Ensure all legal compliances are met throughout human resource management.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years experience in HR C&B function and an MNC environment, especially IT-Software companies (a good plus)
  • English skills to an Upper-intermediate level
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to design and implement fair and clean company policies
  • Ability to make quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to work with senior and expat stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Experience in managing a team of 2-3 members
